Yes. Every Sun Haven Collection stay includes concierge support at no extra charge. Your concierge can assist with trail recommendations, local activity planning, restaurant suggestions, and any logistics before or during your stay. This is a standard part of the experience, not an optional add-on.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. All homes use seamless keypad self check-in, so there is no need to coordinate key pickup. House guidelines are in place to ensure a respectful environment for all guests and neighboring properties.

Sun Haven homes are well suited for pre-wedding stays, bachelorette and bachelor weekends, wellness retreats, and group celebrations. However, formal wedding ceremonies are not permitted in Sedona per local regulations. Our concierge team can help plan memorable gatherings within permitted guidelines.
